Mother-Daughter Yoga with Erica
Introducing Mom/Daughter Yoga dedicated to building girls’ self-esteem. Classes are offered as an 8-week series each quarter and are taught by Erica Rood M.A. E.D., RYT, Certified Believe in She Yoga Instructor and a Believe in She Change Warrior.
Each class lasts for an hour and a half. We do 45-minutes of creative yoga, followed by 30-minutes of open conversation and journal writing, then end with a fun 15-minute art or cooking project. No previous yoga experience necessary. It’s all about strengthening the Mom/Daughter bond and having fun!!!
Our classes are designed for 8-12 year-old girls and their mothers. Series one:
