We believe each of our students should have the freedom to create a “Personal Yoga Practice“.
We provide detailed instructions on how to properly move through yoga poses, what to do while holding the poses, and how to transition out of the poses safely. We offer our proprietary yoga80 Flow which promotes weight loss, detoxification, and stress release; all while shaping the body quickly and healing injuries faster and safer. This is the cornerstone of how our students learn the skills needed to create a dynamic “Personal Yoga Practice”.
We offer Vinyasa Classes, Aerial Yoga Classes, Iyengar Rope Wall Classes and Shotokan Karate Classes.
